Our German Twinning Partnership was set up in 1982 and has gone from strength to strength over the past 25 years. Many exchanges have been made between our twin towns over the years. These exchanges have included school, youth, runners, teachers, footballers, language classes and culture groups. Many friendships that were made in 1982 have survived and have grown over the years.
Neunkirchen-Seelscheid is situated between Bonn and Cologne.
